As per Fairfax County and MYA policy, all adult volunteers must pass a background check -- registration questions include legal name, birthday and social security number (encrypted and deleted after the background check to ensure privacy).

Registration for a HS student in grades 9 thru 12 volunteering to serve as a head coach, co-coach (pre-arranged) or assistant coach.  For those planning to form a coaching team without an adult, all members of the coaching team (1) must be Sophmores, Juniors or Seniors, and (2) must have at least two years of volleyball playing experience with MYA volleyball, HS team volleyball, and/or club volleyball.
